What is their shipping policy?

• Please reserve 1-3 working days so that your order can be delivered from their warehouse. Orders are processed in their warehouse from Monday to Friday. Their warehouses are closed on New Year's day, Martin Luther King Day, memorial day, independence day, labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.

• All orders under 1 pound will be shipped by USPS First class mail. Orders between 1 and 5 pounds are shipped by USPS Priority mail. Orders over 5 pounds are delivered by FedEx on the ground.

• Due to variables they cannot control, orders may take longer to arrive. Please allow extra time to receive your order during the holiday. If you suspect that your order was lost in transit, please send an email [email protected] ask for help.

Is there an insurance for shipping?

• SOTA clothing is honored to work with route, the leader of packaging protection and tracking solutions. By selecting route+ at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss * or theft. If, unfortunately, your order has never been received or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily claim compensation from route and receive replacement or full reimbursement. They are happy to provide you with this service, and they strongly recommend that you use route+package protection when checking out.

• For packages marked "delivered", claims must be filed within 5-15 days from the date the package is marked "delivered". Claims for presumed lost packages (status "undelivered") must be submitted within 7 days and 30 days after the last checkpoint.

What is their return policy?

• Returns and replacements can be processed in store or online within 30 days after purchase. The goods must remain undressed / unwashed, and the label is still attached to it.

• By returning and exchanging goods in the store, you can save freight, browse their choices and find other goods you like! Walk around Stillwater or St. Louis Park!

• Please note: after the first exchange of products, the exchange will be final and the items will no longer be refundable or exchangeable.

How to return a gift?

• Please indicate this and your email address on the note inside the package. They will email you the refund in the form of store points.

• Please note that if the goods are returned, the initial freight will not be refunded.

• They suggest sending all returns via traceable carriers. If the package is sent through non traceable carriers, they are not responsible for the package that is not received.
