How long can I get my refunds?

• Unauthorized returns

• Incorrectly ordered parts

What should I do if my products are damaged?

Call or email to facilitate a warranty replacement or refund prior to sending a part back. Their liability is limited to the replacement of the defective part or refund of the purchase price. This warranty does not cover diagnostic, installation labor and/or final paint finish. A good mechanic should thoroughly clean and inspect any parts purchased, prior to installation. No replacement is given if broken by customer. They do not accept, nor are they responsible for the manner in which any of these products in this catalog are used. Neither seller or manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use of, or the inabilities of the product. 

What's the sale tax?

Sales tax laws have been changing in many states. Most purchases outside of your state are now taxable (sales tax). Beginning in 2020, Steiner Tractor Parts, Inc. will begin collecting sales taxes in a number of states. Your customer service representative or their online ordering system will calculate taxes at the time of purchase based on  the rate in place at the shipping address. If they do not collect taxes in your state based on economic nexus, you may still be responsible for remittance to your state. If you  are exempt for Ag production, please reach out about filling out an exemption form.

Can I bill the shipping amount to my UPS account number?

Yes. When placing your order request UPS freight collect and provide the STP representative with your UPS account number. When ordering online you can select UPS Freight Collect and indicate the UPS account number in the "Freight Collect Number" box. Be sure to provide your UPS account number.

I am interested in a product that says TRUCK FREIGHT ONLY. What does this mean?

This item exceeds normal UPS weight limitations and exceeds the maximum length and girth measurements for UPS. STP will shop rates with various LTL carriers to find the best rate. You will be charged the rate that STP is charged for truck freight shipments. Their website will estimate the truck freight charges, but there may be a difference.

I received one package and not the other. What does this mean?

Although it is rare, orders shipped in multiple packages may become separated during transit.  Your additional package will usually be delivered within 24 hours from each other. You should be able to track all of your packages on their website to see where they are at.
