How about the Peception Pricing?
Ballrooms can be reserved for wedding receptions and other social events up to one year in advance, with a signed contract and non-refundable deposit of $2000.
The food and beverage minimum is $100 per person, plus a room rental charge that varies based on the ballroom assigned. The minimum food requirement is $80 per person for dinner receptions. Additional fees apply for ceremonies.
What if I need assistance completing my application?
For computer access or assistance when applying, please visit our Human Resources Support Center located at 27 West Chocolate Ave Hershey, PA 17033. The office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM year-round and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM (February -May only).

What is the return policy?
Most items purchased at Sweet Memories in new condition with receipt may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Refund or exchange will be issued at the purchase price shown on the receipt in the original form of payment. Items that are opened, used, or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
Items returned in new condition without a receipt within 90 days of purchase may qualify for store credit in the form of a Hershey Entertainment & Resorts gift card. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed without proof of purchase. Store credit will be issued at the purchase price as shown on the receipt.
Returns/exchanges will not be issued on any items after 90 days from the time of purchase.
All sales final for swimwear, hats, and special order items. Items that have been sized or altered are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are not eligible for return.
