What is their return policy?

At StuffedAnimals.com, they pride themselves on making you happy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it in a new unused condition with all labels attached for an exchange or refund. (They can't refund shipping unless they made a mistake in your order). Items received after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted. If your return contains more than 10 items, a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the 11th item and above will apply. Once your return is received, please allow 7 days for processing.

Do they offer free samples?

They charge for samples, but if you order a lot of stuffed animals and you order samples first, they will credit your account with the number of samples when you place your order. It's just their way of making sure the samples they send are used to evaluate their products. Depending on the item, they ship most wholesale orders within 1-2 business days, unless you request a specific target delivery date.
