How do I pay for the order?
They accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Klana. All items must be paid for before shipment. They cannot accept orders and hold them for payment.
Once the order is shipped, when can you receive it?
Their UK delivery time is estimated to be 3-5 working days from the date your order is shipped.
Do they charge for delivery?
Free delivery within the UK on all orders over £30. Their normal UK shipping charge is just £2.95. They offer next-day delivery in the UK for 4.95 (Monday to Friday only) with a global option.
What is the return policy?
They want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and they will make every effort to ensure that you are. If you would like to return the product to them, please email them directly to [email protected]. Note that returned items must be in resellable condition, preferably in their original packaging (unless you are returning it as a defective item, which you should inform them when contacting them). When returning goods, they recommend that you use a tracking service with proof of delivery.
How do I return the goods?
To arrange a return please contact them as above and they will be more than happy to arrange it for you. What you need to tell them is which item you wish to return and why. They will then send you a return address specific to that item, along with your unique return Authorization (RA) number.
When can I receive a refund/replacement?
Once your item has been received back to their warehouse, they will process your refund/replacement as soon as possible. Replacement is subject to availability and a refund will be given if replacement is not available.
