What is their return policy?

• If you want to exchange or return goods, please refer to the instructions on the back of the invoice. You can download the tack warehouse return form. If you have an unresolved issue with the invoice, please call and talk to a customer service representative who will provide you with return information specific to the product you returned.

• Returns and warranty returns to: Tackle Warehouse. To: Return 181 Suburban Road San Luis Obispo, CA, 93401. Please use the prepaid return shipping label attached to your order (only included in orders shipped within the United States). All other customers will be responsible for shipping the returned products.

Do they offer military discount?

• They are honored to offer a 10% discount on all orders for American soldiers. If you are no longer in service, they will ask you to send a copy of your current valid military ID card or dd214 for verification (please shield or "Edit" any sensitive information as needed). 

• Once you provide this information, you will receive a 10% discount on all orders from the warehouse. Any and all information submitted by email or regular mail will be destroyed immediately after they indicate the discount in your customer file. 

• Thank you for your invaluable service to their country and your sacrifice for theirfreedom. Note: each order is limited to one discount or coupon. Military discounts shall not be used except for any sales or promotional discounts or coupons.

What is their shipping policy?

• Tack warehouse is a leader in fast and affordable transportation. All express orders placed before 12:30 p.m. Eastern standard time will be picked up, packaged and shipped on the same day. Orders over $50 can enjoy free land transportation. In the United States, all other land transportation costs only $6.75.

• Note: the first customer will be required to establish an order history before shipping to another address. Customers who choose overnight transportation may be contacted for verification and oral approval.

• All orders placed with UPS next day air saver will be delivered the next day (except weekends / holidays), and there is no specific arrival time. If UPS next day air saver is submitted on Friday, it will be delivered on Monday after the weekend (or Tuesday if it is a holiday weekend).
