How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact them immediately to cancel your order.  They cannot cancel once your order has shipped.

How are Exchanges processed?

Please contact them by email to begin the exchange process. If your order has not yet been shipped, they will work with you to edit the order before it leaves their warehouse. If your order has already been received, a representative will work with you to return the received items and send you the new items. Your card on file will be charged for any pricing differences.

Who pays for shipping when returning or exchanging an item?

You will be responsible for any shipping charges on a return or exchange unless the reason for the return or exchange is their error. Once you have received a return authorization, the merchandise must be shipped in its original carton with all parts and sent with insurance and a tracking number.

If I'm due a refund on my return or exchange, how long will it take to process?

Once they receive and inspect the items in their warehouse, they will refund your card on file within 72 hours. Refunds will be issued less the original shipping and handling fees to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. If the return is due to an error on their part, they will not withhold the shipping fees.

How are promotion offer exceptions handled as they relate to returns or exchanges?

If your original order amount qualified for a promotional offer (i.e. free shipping, quantity discount, etc.) and your return drops your new order total below the qualified amount, the promotion amount will be subtracted from your refund.

Can I get rush delivery at Tactical Dad?

If you need an order rushed, please email them at [email protected] and they can make arrangements to get your order to you as soon as possible, based on the designers inventory and policies.

Can I make a return at Tactical Dad?

• Please contact them at [email protected] for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted.

• After 30 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, they do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges for returns over 30 days or final sale products. tacticaldadpacks.com asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.

• Items returned without a return authorization number, past 30 days, or not in original condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. They are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item.
