How do I exchange an item from my order?
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, they recommend simply buying the product you desire (this will ensure the product does not sell out by the time they receive your item back). You may then return your original purchase to them using the instructions above. If you have any questions, please email them at [email protected].
When I place an item in my shopping cart, am I guaranteed to receive the merchandise?
Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, they will send you an order confirmation email. If they are unable to complete your order for any reason, they will notify you via email as soon as possible.
What if I need to modify my order?
If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email [email protected]. Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.
An item I want is sold out. When will it become available again?
If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. You can click the 'size sold out?' link on the product page and sign up to receive restock notifications. You can also reach out to them at [email protected] for more information.
What currencies are supported?
All available currencies are listed in the drop-down menu under the flag icon. The flag icon can found in the header at the top right off the screen.
Do they ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, for international orders, they are unable to ship to Post Office (PO) Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Are duties and taxes included at checkout?
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices.
Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer's responsibility.
When will my order ship?
Talentless aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be packed in their warehouse, but may take as long as 3-5 business days to leave their warehouse.
After that, it will arrive to you based off of the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Please check to see if you purchased a back order item, which normally ship within 1-2 weeks. Exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections may take longer than 3-5 days to ship, however this is rare.
They provide the option to purchase priority processing, which will allow you to jump the queue in the warehouse and guarantee the order is packed and on it's way within 1 business day.
