What can I learn about the exchanges?

• Change of mind exchanges will be offered for 14 days from date of delivery - items must be returned in accordance with the returns policy above. 

• Once Tayroc has checked the items, an email will be sent to you at your registered email address, approving the exchange, or explaining the reason(s) for refusal.

• Correctly returned products will be processed within 3 working days from date of delivery at their warehouse. The exchange item will then be sent to you at their expense.

What is the refund policy?

• To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. They must be in original as-new condition, with the order number enclosed, and with any hangtags, protective films and labels still attached. Incorrectly returned products that do not meet the terms of this policy will be returned to you at their expense. 

• All correctly returned products will be refunded to the original card/account used. Depending on payment method and bank, a refund will normally be processed in 7-10 working days after authorisation. 

• Refund processing and authorisation can take up to 3 working days plus shipping. In the case of “Change of Mind” refunds, any shipping fees are final and will not be refunded.

What can I learn about the shipping delays?

How can I get my refund?

• They advise you to use a recorded postal service or tracked courier as Tayroc will not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage caused in return transit. When returning goods purchased using a discount or offer or as a bundle, they will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer/bundle thresholds or conditions, as that discount or offer would no longer apply.
