Which Mystery Bag should I choose?
They find that most of their items fit "true to size" meaning that if you typically wear a size medium in other brands, you would likely enjoy the fit of a size medium in tentree as well. They recommend ordering your usual size, but you can also view their size chartfor reference. Your Mystery Bag may include both tops and bottoms, but they don't offer any guarantee on the composition of your bag.
Do you have international return policy ?
They do not offer return shipping labels for international orders (outside of the US and Canada) at this time. However, they would be happy to assist with a return for refund using your own label! Please email them at [email protected] and their Customer Care team would be happy to provide a return address! Please note that they do not offer exchanges for international orders. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How should I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are difficult to facilitate even if the order hasn't shipped yet. This is because your order's invoice is sent to the warehouse immediately after your order is placed. There are hundreds of orders flowing through to the warehouse each day, and pulling a single order from the floor may not be possible. With that said, they want to help you in every way they can! Business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, closed on weekends and Canadian holidays.
How to redeem my rewards?
To redeem your reward points, please log into your account and proceed to checkout. At checkout, you should see a "Rewards Credit" line above the "gift card or discount code" box. Simply click the blue "Apply Balance" button, and the points should apply to your total! If you are using a mobile phone, you will have to click the "Show order summary" arrow to see and apply your rewards balance. If you are still unable to apply your rewards, you may have been automatically directed to ShopPay!
What is your international shipping policy?
They ship to multiple international countries - refer to "Which countries do you ship to?" for a full list! Please ensure you're shopping on their US site to ship internationally. There is a non-refundable $30 flat fee for all international orders.
