Why do I seem to be charged twice for my payment?

There is a difference between a payment authorization and a charge: When you place an order online, there is always a payment authorization. The authorization is the amount of the payment to be processed or held in the payment account. It is not a true charge and is usually shown in the pending charges section of the credit card. The actual collection is only made when the garment actually comes out of their warehouse. If you see the amount authorized to be charged, please contact your bank directly so they can "unlock" the amount withheld.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by going to "Track Your Order/Return", where you will find a link to monitor your order on the Express website. If you placed your order as a registered user, you can log into your account and track your order in your order history.

I just placed an order and want to cancel/modify it, what should I do?

Unfortunately, their system is unable to modify orders. If you do not want to keep the item, you can send it back after receiving the order for free.

What is the delivery time for my online order?

Order before 6am (EST) and your item will be delivered to the address of your choice within 48 hours. Any orders placed after this time will leave their warehouse the next business day. You can monitor your order at any time with the tracking you receive with each email. They inform you that during special events (sales, Black Friday or Cyber Monday, etc.), your order may be slightly delayed. This delay is due to the high volume of shipments. How do I return my online order?

On Tezenis.com, you have the opportunity to return products via the carrier. Please follow the steps below.

If you would like to return an item from the Tezenis store, please follow these steps.

• If you placed your order using your account, go to your order history. If you placed your order as a guest, please visit "Follow Your Order/Return" to access your return form.

• Complete a return request online. Your return label will be generated in the "Follow Your Order/Return" section under "Returns" within 24 hours of the return request confirmation.

• Download and print the return label and attach it to the return package. Contact UPS to schedule a courier pickup or drop off your package at a UPS pickup location.

• Once your items arrive at their warehouse and your return has been approved, you will be refunded via the original payment method.
