What is their return policy?

• Returns are only applicable to online orders. For help with purchases made through any of their social media platforms, please go directly to the DM account itself. All in store purchases are final sales. For your convenience, they provide two return options:

Return by mail

• The return of online orders must be applied for within 12 days from the date of purchase. TCTC must receive all items within 21 days after the original shipment date. All returns purchased on or after June 23, 2020 must still bear the original label. For online returns mailed back, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your return request, shipping instructions, and shipping labels for printing and use. The fee is $5.95 and is non refundable. TCTC will refund the goods according to the original payment method after receiving them. Please provide the original packing list you received in the order or the physical print of the order confirmation sent to you by email.

In store return of online orders

• Returns can also be accepted at any TCTC location within 12 days from the date of purchase. All returns purchased on or after June 23, 2020 must still bear the original label. In order to return the goods at their TCTC location, you must provide the original packing list you received in the order. After receiving the goods and packing list, they will provide a receipt, and your refund will be issued in the original payment method within 24-48 hours, and you will be notified by email.

What products can I apply a return?

• All goods purchased in the store do not meet the return conditions. Items received after the return period or items with any signs of damage or use after purchase do not meet the return conditions. 

• The following items do not meet the return conditions; Handbags, jewelry, swimwear, sunglasses, luggage, beauty products, promotional products and all other final promotional products indicated.
