How long can I get my orders at The Pillow Collection?

• All of our orders ship from their workroom and warehouse just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days and take between 1-5 days in transit (the further away you are from Boston the longer it takes.) 

• All shipments are through UPS or FedEx Ground unless expedited service is selected otherwise during checkout. Please note, while they will make every effort to ship their designer throw pillows as quickly as possible expedited service only determines the speed of actual delivery transit and not production time.

• It may still require 3-5 business days to produce your order before shipping. For rush orders they always recommend you conact them first to confirm immediate availability. The majority of our items can ship within 1-2 days but they always quote 3-5 business days just to be safe.

Can I make an exchange or return at The Pillow Collection?

• The Pillow Collection wants you to be happy with your purchase. In fact, they want you to be really happy. So, if for any reason, your order doesn’t meet your needs, they can accept the return within 30 days. Your return must be original and unused. As soon as they receive your return, they will issue you a refund (minus shipping costs, if your order had shipped for free).

• Please return the items to the address they provide.

The lumbar pillow is their rectangular pillow. This is a great size for a chair, top of a bed or often seen in the middle of a sofa. It comes standard with a poly pillow insert for outdoor pillows or a down feather insert for indoor pillows, hidden zipper closure and clean knife edge.
