What is their return policy?

For non-food items, they have a 30-day return policy for unopened products purchased from them, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Return shipping is paid by the customer. They recommend using a shipping service with tracking and proof of delivery, they are not responsible for packages not received or misplaced by the carrier. To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased directly from Space and must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with a label or box, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

What is their shipping policy?

All current orders are pre-orders unless otherwise notified. Once the order is ready to ship, you will receive tracking information when it ships, if the selected shipping method offers tracking. If you live in the continental United States, please receive your product within a maximum of 5 business days from the date of shipment. If your item is shipped with free shipping, the shipping method used will be at Space's sole discretion.

What are the exceptions/non-returnable items?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom items (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). How soon will I receive my refund?

They will notify you when they receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund of the original payment method (minus any shipping costs). Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account. If your return is not accepted, they will hold it until you provide a shipping label or funds to send it back to you.
