What is Webster's return policy?
Return must be initiated within 28 days from your delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and must include the Webster security tag as well as the original brand tags, box, and/or dust bag.
Footwear & accessories must be returned in the original brand box and must be shipped inside a protective shipping box to prevent damages during transit.
Swimwear and lingerie will not be accepted if the hygienic strip has been removed.

While they hope that you are 100% satisfied with their product selection, they regrettably cannot guarantee the satisfaction, appropriateness, or utility of each product for each person. Everyone's skin type, skin sensitivity, and health concerns are different, and they advise discussing with your medical doctor in advance of undertaking any new skin care routine.
What is the shipping policy?
All online orders placed before 1 pm EST are eligible for same-day shipment. Processing times may vary during sale periods. Orders placed on Friday before 1 pm will arrive the following week, orders placed after 1 pm will ship out on Monday.
The Webster requires adult signature with delivery for orders over CN¥7,150.
If your order total is below CN¥7,150 and you would like your package to require a signature please email them promptly, just after ordering at care@thewebster.
How about international shipping policy?
CN¥145 flat rate for all International Orders under $300USD.
Orders above $300USD get complimentary shipping.
Canada, Australia and UK orders get complimentary shipping on all orders, taxes & duties still apply.
