What is the shipping policy?
They ship within the EU, Norway and Switzerland. The billing and delivery address must be in the same country to enable us to process your order.
You will be informed of the binding period within which they will dispatch the goods in the event of the acceptance of your order (delivery time) during the course of the ordering process. The delivery time begins on the working day following receipt of your order.
If, for reasons for which you are responsible, the goods cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges will apply in the event of redelivery. In these cases, the shipping and return costs will be borne by you. In the case of a cancellation, Point 7 takes priority.
What are the effects of cancellation?
If you cancel this contract, they will return all payments received from you, including the shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs arising as a result of you choosing a different form of shipping to the standard, less expensive shipping offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which they receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this repayment, they will use the same means of payment as used by you during the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
They can refuse repayment until they have received the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, depending on which event is earlier.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to them without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods prior to the end of the fourteen-day deadline.
What are the exceptions for return or exchange?
Some products cannot be exchanged or returned.
This includes opened consumables (e.g.: jewellery care bath or perfume) as well as articles specially made for you (e.g.: articles engraved according to your wishes).
In addition, incomplete or damaged items are notnexchangeable or refundable.
What are the timeline for free cancellation?
You have the right to cancel this purchase contract within 30 days without giving any reasons.
The statutory period for revocation/return is 14 days from the date of receipt.
The day of receipt is intended as the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.
Over and above the statutory cancellation period, THOMAS SABO gives you the opportunity to return the goods up to 30 days after receipt and thus release yourself from the purchase contract.
