What is the shipping policy?
They offer free shipping on orders over C$125 excluding Customized and Fan shop orders. Shipping is C$15. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery for standard products and 10-15 days for customized and fan shop products. They are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
- Orders from Timex.ca can only be shipped to addresses within Canada. They do not ship internationally.
Can I return the item？
Yes, of course.They accept returns for timex.ca sales only. Purchases made from local stores or other websites must be returned to the original point of purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item. The original purchase price, less shipping, will be credited to the card used to make the purchase.
- Please return the watch in the original box with all original packing material, manuals and any other materials that came with the watch. All returns must be in new condition. They cannot issue refunds for watches that show signs of use or that have been modified.
- Returns after 30 days and worn watches are subject to their standard Warranty Policy. See Warranty Information in product instructions for details. Timex reserves the right to qualify excessive use for a damaged product.
- For your protection, you are recommended to insure your return shipment. They cannot be held responsible for items they do not receive.
What payment methods do they accept?
They currently accept the following forms of payment: VISA, APPLE PAY, PayPal.
How do I get a promotion?
They currently offer two options for a promotion:
End of season sale: Receive up to 50% off select items. Discount automatically applied in cart. Valid on select in-stock clearance items only. Cannot be combined with other discounts and may not be applied to previous purchases, exchanges or returns.
