Should I pay the shipping fees when I make a return at Tombolo?

• USA returns for exchange or store credit are free. USA returns for refund incur a $4 shipping/processing fee per item deducted from the refund to the original form of payment.

• They partner with Happy Returns; you can utilize one of their return bars, available at every FedEx and elsewhere, requiring no need to print a label or repackage the items.

How long can I get my orders at Tombolo?

• Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, including your choice of shipping method (e.g., 'Faster Shipping' or 'Fastest Shipping'). Orders where 'Fastest Shipping' or 'Extra Expedited Shipping' is purchased will go out the same business day if placed before noon EST.
