How to cancel an order?

• Uexpected orders are automatically canceled (expired) at the end of the order duration. 

• For example, if you send an order for a duration of 3 minutes, it will automatically cancel if it is not executed within 3 minutes. 

• If you place an order in the form of a daily order, the order will be cancelled if it is not executed before the end of the core session (usually 4 p.m. EST). 

• Unless otherwise specified, all orders are within a day. You can also cancel the order manually before the duration you set by clicking the Cancel button on the Trade Bar (Order Bar) or by right-clicking the order in the Trade Manager and choosing to cancel it. 

• Other features allow you to cancel all open orders for a particular symbol or all open orders for all symbols.

How do I place an order?

• Traddestation uses their intelligent order routing algorithm to provide integrated, direct access order execution. 

• Customers can also send orders to the various market centers that Tradedestation connects directly. 

• You can place orders through the order bar, matrix chart trading and market depth Windows, as well as using macros, hotkeys and automated strategies on the Tradedestation platform.

When will I be charged each month?

• Trade destinations charge recurring fees at the beginning of the month. 

• If the data subscription is active on the first day of each month, you will be charged a subscription fee for one month. 

• Requests to cancel or close accounts or services must be received by the end of the month to avoid next month's fees.
