What is their shipping policy?

• Orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday (except holidays). Please allow two to three working days to process your order.

• The transportation cost is determined by the size, weight, transportation method and delivery address of the goods. In your shopping cart, they show the estimated shipping cost based on the lowest price shipping method, and assume that all items in your shopping cart will go to a single address in the adjacent state.

• For most orders, please allow a delivery time of 3 to 6 working days (domestic delivery). Shipment will be delayed on weekends and holidays. Freight and handling charges are subject to change without notice.

• The delivery date is only valid for inventory items.

• Due to the size, weight or quantity ordered, some items require additional freight. These fees are usually reflected in the total amount of your order at the time of checkout.

• Dangerous goods cannot be transported by air. Dangerous charges may be charged for ground transportation.

What is their return policy?

• Due to the cost of returning goods, they make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered accurately and that the products meet their advertising standards. If you must declare, please pay attention to the following policies:

• If you return the goods within 30 days after purchase, you can accept the return or exchange, and attach the receipt. The returned goods must be in a new saleable state with all original packaging. • Defective goods can be repaired or replaced according to their choice. Turners.com may approve the return of defective goods at its discretion.

• Note: the return freight is the responsibility of the customer. If incorrect products are shipped due to their errors, a call tag may be issued to return these items. Turner's outdoorsman recommends that you use a carrier that provides shipment tracking to ship the returned package and insure the package for the full value of the goods, so that you will be protected if the goods are lost or damaged in transit.
