Their 30-day guarantee refers to their resistance bands. If you are not satisfied with them, you can return your order within up to 30 days with a 10% restocking fee. Their TA2 training program is non-refundable, so if you return the TA2 bundle, they will refund the cost of the resistance band ($98.95).

Why do some exercises repeat?

The first month is designed to develop the foundations of resistance band training. These exercises are repetitive because they are shaping your body and muscles into a form of resistance training. Once months 2 and 3 come, the practice changes and anchoring exercises are introduced. Progressive Muscle Overload will continue to be delivered each month and will work and fatigue your muscles to ensure you get a full body workout every week.

What kind of nutrition plan is TA2 LEAN BUILD?

Their TA2 Lean Build is their nutrition plan designed to plan your meals at specific times and the breakdown of each meal to achieve a lean body. No workouts are included in the program, and their TA2 Build or Bodyshock training programs complement their nutritional programs to give you the best results. This eating plan uses animal meat as the main protein source in most meals. On this plan, eat 6 meals a day, 4/6 of which include meat as a protein source.

Are there additional import charges for international customers?

Once your order arrives in international territory, your local customs will inspect your package for clearance into the country. Customs adds import duties for its services and will be paid to your local customs agency. Undersun Fitness is not responsible for this fee or service.
