How do they ship my package?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping times are based on business days (including expedited shipping). The cut-off time for all expedited shipping services is 12 PM PST. Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. How do returns and refunds work?
UrbanOG.com wants you to enjoy what you ordered. If there is anything wrong, please tell them. They have a 30-day unconditional return policy. If you have any questions, please contact them via email. All return requests need to be submitted through the Returns Portal. Refunds are only available for brand new items. Returned items must be undamaged, undamaged and unused, with all labels attached and including the original packaging. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be brought to their attention within 3 days of delivery. If such items are not reported within this time after delivery, they will not be able to process returns.
Why am I responsible for shipping costs myself?
