Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes to any order will be accepted within 48-hours from placing an order.
After that, you will require to place a new order with the updated info.
A change in billing or shipping address will require a new order with the updated info.
New order date will be considered for the purpose of shipping timelines.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Every Verlas jewelry is handcrafted from scratch. Shipping timelines vary depending on your choice of jewelry. Client Care will always be in touch if they require longer to ship from the timelines provided below:
8-10 business days for Diamond and Gold jewelry (except Eternity Bands and Tennis Bracelets).
10-12 business days for Gemstone and Gold jewelry (except Eternity Bands).
10-15 business days for Platinum jewelry (except Eternity Bands).
15-20 business days for La Fleur Bands and Bangles, Platinum Rings, and Eternity Bands.
Can I return for repairs?
Yes. Upon receiving your returned jewelry, they require 2-3 business days to inspect it.
Upon successful inspection, they require approximately 10-12 business days to repair, resize or engrave a ring, replace chains when received tangled or broken, etc.
This means that if your jewelry is expected to be repaired on Monday or Thursday, it will ship on the Friday of that week.
If the Studio identifies any additional repairs that may be required but not reported by you, they will communicate such details and any additional charges to you. They will proceed upon your approval.
If they require additional time, they will let you know once the return for repair has been fully approved.
They will be in touch with you with tracking details as soon as it becomes available.
For returns within thirty (30) days or sixty (60) days, ship your package prepaid and insured for the full purchase price of the product. Shipping charges will apply under the terms of the 30-Day, 60-Day, Engraved Jewelry, or those communicated to you via [email protected].
You may choose to move forward with their shipping partner for insured shipping or arrange returns with a common carrier (for example with the post office, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.).
Should you choose your own shipping carrier, you will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of your returned jewelry.
