Is there a slow day where the lines may not be as long as other days?

• Weather plays a role in how busy the park is daily. 

• Monday’s and Friday’s are usually our slowest days. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday’s are busy group days.

Can I smoke inside the park?

• Massachusetts State Law does not allow smoking in the park, including vaping, electronic cigarettes and marijuana. 

• Smoking is allowed in their smoking area just outside the park.

Can I use blue tooth speakers at the park?

• Yes, but they should be at a personal level for personal use that does not affect other guests.

• Water Wizz Staff may monitor sound levels If they are disruptive to others you will be asked to lower them.

Does Waterwizz offer group outing plan?

• What better place to have your group outing than at Southern New England’s only Water Park, the Water Wizz of Cape Cod! Groups love Water Wizz because the physical layout and size of the park is most conducive to a comfortable and relaxing day.

• All rides are placed around a centralized area where your group can see and be part of the action. It is not necessary to go a quarter of a mile to another ride no need to fear you’ll lose half your group because of an overly expansive park. 

• And they pride themselves on keeping the park at a comfortable capacity for all of their guests.

• For your convenience and enjoyment, all groups must be scheduled, as they limit the number of groups coming to the park on the same day. 

• Water Wizz accepts payment via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, company check, purchase order or cash. They do not accept individual payments from each person in the group.

• The safety of their guests is of the utmost importance to the Water Wizz Staff. They take many precautions to ensure a fun, safe water park experience for all visitors.

• All rules and regulations for each ride are prominently posted at the ride entrance. Please take the time to read these rules.

• All of their lifeguards are Red Cross and State Certified. They also receive additional training by Water Wizz.

• Pregnant women and people with back, neck and heart conditions, or any other medical conditions, should not go on the rides at Water Wizz. However, they can enjoy their lazy river, wave pool, and swimming pool, if allowed by their physician.
