What if I didn't receive an order confirmation?
If you were charged, check spam and junk folders.
If it's not in spam or junk, there could have been a typo in the email address, so email or chat with them to sort that out!
If you were NOT charged, it sounds like the order probably didn't go through. If you're having trouble placing the order, please email or chat with them!
Can I cancel my next order?
WA Members can cancel their next order by choosing to skip a month, as long as it's 24 hours before your next order date.
Through the My Memberships tab in your account, you can skip a month and resume the following month (or, if preferable, delay a shipment until a date that works for you using the calendar icon).
If you want to cancel your monthly orders altogether, you can deactivate your membership.
If you would like to cancel an order that is already pending shipment, please reach out to on live chat right away or email them at [email protected].
They may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Please note, all same-day cancellations may be subject to $15 restock and cancellation fee.
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days, excluding holidays.
Allow an additional 1 to 5 business days (depending on where you live) for your shipment to arrive.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, and feel you should have, check your order status on your WA Account here.
If your order is complete, please check your spam or junk folders for your shipping confirmation.
How much do they charge for shipping?
$10 flat-rate delivery on all orders less than $100, including wine club shipments.
Their wine club members do have a free delivery option for extra orders outside of club shipments (and don't forget the members-only 20% discount!).
This delivery option is "No-Rush Delivery" which will consolidate an order with the next club shipment.
