What is you shipping policy?
If you live in one of these states, there are options. If you have a friend or family member in a neighboring state, especially one who you may be visiting soon, they are happy to ship your order to their address. Secondly, they would be happy to ship your order directly to a FedEx or UPS store location in a nearby state where they are legally able to ship wines for you to pick-up. Wine shipping is complicated, but they want you to know they’re here to help.
Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely, as long as it hasn't already been shipped. Simply email Member Services at [email protected]. Or call (866) 946-3923 any weekday between 7am – 5pm PT.
How long can I receive my order?
At checkout, you have the ability to select a delivery date. Most orders can be shipped from two to 14 days after they are placed. They know patience is difficult when delicious wine is on the way, but their careful shipping process guarantees that your wines will arrive in pristine condition.
