What is the cancellation policy?

A cancelled order is an order placed by the buyer but not yet delivered. A 10% restocking fee will be charged when the letter of credit is issued.

How does the return policy work?

A return order is any order that has been delivered and then returned or rejected by the buyer. Restocking fee is 10% of sales. Returns are only accepted within 90 days from the date of purchase and if the wine is a current vintage that Zachys is still in stock. If the wine is returned without a receipt, they will only honor the lowest selling price for the item within the past 6 months and will only issue an internal credit on the buyer's account valid for one year. Unfortunately, sometimes the wine bottle may not arrive in your hand intact. . Zachys is more than happy to replace or refund within 90 days of the original purchase date, items that arrive damaged, clogged or otherwise defective. . Once the damaged bottle is returned to them, they will give you a refund, house credit or a replacement.

Do they offer free shipping?

Local delivery to southern Westchester County and southwestern Connecticut. Free on purchases of $150 or more before tax. All deliveries below the $150 free shipping threshold will be charged $25. As standard practice, all Zachys deliveries have an increased protection fee. The fee is equal to 1% of the value of the item delivered. Please note - the time required to pull, assemble and process a typical order is approximately 3-5 business days prior to scheduled delivery. If your order is time sensitive, it is recommended that you choose the expedited delivery option. If sent by ground service, the delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
