What is return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of your invoice date. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. There is a restocking charge of 10% that may be imposed, if the item including free shipping, there will be a restocking fee. Please mail your package, insured and traceable to the address below. Custom cut products are not a returnable or refundable item unless the product is defective. No refund will be given unless there is an issue with quality. All shortages or errors must be reported within 7 days.

Why are the shipping rates so high?

Shipping rates are based upon the actual weight and size of each package and where the package is being shipped. They do not increase the cost of their products in order to reduce the shipping charges that each customer pays. This is fair and equitable for each customer, you are not paying for another customers shipping and they are not paying for yours.

If I register with their site, what is Woodcrafter.com going to do with my personal information?

They do not use your personal information in any way besides attempting to contact you regarding your order or order status. They will only add you to their email list if you opt in during checkout. They value your business and will not sell or distribute your information to anyone.
