How do they deliver?

All orders will be processed within 7 business days and delivered within 5-15 business days. If it takes more time than usual, please feel free to contact them by emailing [email protected]. All products will be shipped from US warehouses. Currently, they ship packages by partnering with UPS and USPS.

I received a gift, can I return it?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give it to you later, they will refund the gift giver and he will know about your return.

How do I qualify for a return?

Their policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, they will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Where is the refund?
