What is express shipping?

Express Shipping is $25.00 or more based upon the size, weight, and shipping destination of your order. Express shipped orders typically arrive in 1 to 3 business days from the time your order is placed. Express shipped orders have priority status and leave their warehouse more quickly than orders shipped through other methods.

What is the international shipping policy?

• Their default shipping methods for international shipments will be through the US Postal Service when possible. 

• If orders are small enough to ship via International First Class Mail they will do so. 

• In the unlikely event that a claim will need to be filed for loss or damage, the cost of shipping is not covered, nor is it refundable to the buyer. If the buyer prefers fully insured shipments, please contact them to request such. A fully insured shipping quote will be provided using a private shipper oftheir choice which may or may not include UPS or FedEx.

What is the return policy?

• Insure your returns! Any item that is damaged during return transit will not be accepted as a return in perfect condition. No refund will be issued. 

• Use a shipping carton! Do not put a shipping label on the product itself. Many items come in their own gift box. Returns that are received with a labeled gift box can no longer be sold as new, and will not be accepted as returns in new, unused condition.

• If your order arrives damaged they will take care of the claims procedure but you must contact them within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.
