What is ZEN Rooms' cancellation policy?
Cancelling at ZEN Rooms is as easy and quick as booking. They understand that plans may change, so they make sure their cancellation process is simple - quick confirmations and quick refunds. Cancellation or modification within 48 hours prior to check-in is free. If you cancel or modify within 48 hours of check-in, ZEN Rooms will charge 1 night per room reserved.
Why do I need to pay a security deposit?
Some of their properties require a cash deposit upon arrival. This deposit will be used to cover room incidental charges, but please be assured that it will be refunded to you upon check out if no damage or disturbance has occurred. Please check your booking confirmation email to see if you will be required to pay a deposit for your accommodation upon arrival.

How do I book someone else's room?
You can book on behalf of your friends or family. Please await further instructions from one of their representatives. Guests staying at the hotel must present an authorisation letter signed by the original booker named on the booking confirmation and a copy of the original booker's valid ID.
