The shipping cost in Australia is $10 (1-2 business day) free over $250 spend. In United States, London, New Zealand, Canada, the shipping cost is $19.95 (2-5 business days) free over $350 spend. In Other Countries, the shipping cost is $39.95 (3-5 business days).
They use Australia post express or DHL EXPRESS.
Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 24 hours on a business day. Ship time 1-2 business days. To minimize delays we recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package as your delivery address.

How to solve Lost packages?
If an item is lost it is the responsibility of the customer to locate the item once it has arrived in the country outside of Australia.
