What is AWMA return policy?

Books, DVDs, used or laundered/worn merchandise, and screen printed or embroidered merchandise are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. AWMA will make exchanges for shipping errors (i.e., incorrect size or product shipping errors). All items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date of your order. 

How should I return the item?

• To return a package, please include a copy of the original invoice/packing slip that was sent with the order. If the invoice/packing slip is not available, please include a personal letter with your exchange information (including name, address, phone number, email, order date and customer number, and item number and quantity).

• Please make sure the box is securely packed and the package is insured and prepaid. AWMA will not pay shipping charges for returned items. They will make every effort to expedite the delivery of your exchange. Please allow at least three weeks for your request to be processed.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

The shipping method you choose, along with the distance your shipment must travel will dictate how long it will take for your items to arrive. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 1-6 business days. 

What do they charge for shipping an order?

Their standard ground shipping and handling charge is $15.95 per order, AWMA uses UPS Ground unless requested otherwise. They charge their wholesale customers exactly what they are charged. The cost will depend on the quantity, weight, and dimensions of the parcels. The distance traveled also will determine the charges. UPS Ground takes 1-6 business days once the package leaves their warehouse. 

How can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed it is automatically transmitted to the warehouse for fulfillment. Cancelation it is not always possible to stop an order from being shipped. If you wish to cancel your order they recommend that you send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the word "CANCEL" in the subject line. Once the order has left their facility, it cannot be canceled.
