How long does it take to receive a refund?

A refund will be issued upon receipt of the product, inspection and authorization of the refund. Refunds can be mailed by check or original payment method, or credited to your account for future purchases and/or replacement products if requested.

When will my order be shipped?

They are able to ship most products to almost anywhere in the world. Once you place an order on BoatLiftandDock.com, you will receive an email with a copy of your order receipt. Typical shipping times in the 48 states may vary between 2-9 business days, depending on location.

What is their return policy?

There is a restocking fee for refund returns and up to 20% restocking fee for any return. Products must be authorized for return within 30 days of receipt of the order. All returned items must be clean and returned in their original packaging and shipping condition. Authorized returns must be returned within 10 days of the approval date. Items that are special, bespoke or have a specific size and/or colour. All Canopies may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% if accepted, as these are made to order. Items listed as "Open Box", "Clearance" or "Display" may be rejected for return.

What if I received a defective item?

BoatLiftandDock.com will return, replace or replace any defective merchandise. In some cases, you may be required to provide proof of a defective item and/or mail the item for inspection. If an item is found to be defective, reimbursement and/or credit will be made to your account, order, replacement or upgrade (including shipping reimbursement). BoatLiftandDock.com will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. The item must be in the condition in which it was purchased. BoatLiftandDock.com will not compensate or replace items that have been dismantled, dismantled or altered in any way.
