Can I make a return at Brilliant Puzzles?
All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Full refund (less the shipping cost) - will be applied to your credit card account or PayPay account, if product is returned within 45 days. After 45 days, your refund will be applied for a store credit only.
All returns, exchanges and/or claims must be requested by the person who placed the order and the refund is applied to the credit card used when the order was processed.
Please Note: No returns or refunds will be processed for gift certificates, gift wrap service, purchases of special orders, customized products, altered products, and other items noted as such are non-refundable.
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or a wrong item?
They take full responsibility and will make sure to fix that for you! If you received a damaged, defective, or a wrong item, please contact their customer service team by phone at 1-888-707-7080 whitin 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Their customer service team will provide you with RMA number and instructions. They will exchange the item or you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
What payment methods does Brilliant Puzzles accept?
They accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Checkout, Money Order, and checks. All prices are in U.S currency.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Don't worry, less than 1 in 10,000 of their shipments fail to arrive at their destination – however the USPS does sometimes misroute them or in the case of international shipments they can be held up in customs. In the unlikely event that your order is lost they will of course send you another.
If you are in the US and it has been over 2 weeks since your order shipped, or if you are international and it's been over 6 weeks please email them at [email protected] with the details of your order and they will help you out.
I need to cancel my order, what should I do?
They understand that plans can change, and that orders may need to be cancelled. Please contact customer service as soon as possible. They will try as hard as possible to cancel the order before it has been processed. If the order has been shipped, the customer will assume all responsibility to return the order back to BrilliantPuzzles.com in good condition.
When will I receive my orders?
If your order is placed before 1:00pm EST, it will usually ship the same day. After 1:00pm EST, it will ship the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard domestic packages generally arrive in 2-6 business days from time of shipment. Expedited shipping averages 2 to 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. All orders ship via USPS or UPS and they cannot guarantee shipping or delivery dates, these are only estimates. Please see international section for international delivery times.
