What is return policy?

• All products must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with the price tickets attached.

• All merchandise must be returned in its original packing materials.

• Include order summary section of the enclosed shipping invoice and indicate the appropriate reason code next to the item ordered (please keep a copy for your records).

• Use the pre-paid return label (included in your order package) to send to their fulfillment center.

• No postage is required. The fixed shipping rate of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged postage until the return is processed.

• Refunds in the same form of original payment will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned order/item(s) at their fulfillment center. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

• Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser, minus the $6.95 pre-paid return fee.

• To ensure proper refund processing, do not reproduce the pre-paid label.

Why was my payment declined? 

For your security, your billing name and address must match the billing information your credit card company has on file. Please contact your credit card company if you received a declined message.

Do they charge sales tax? 

Sales tax is calculated based on your order's "ship to" address in accordance with state and local sales-tax laws, including shipping where applicable.

Cato gift cards can be purchased online or at any Cato store. Cato gift cards are available for purchase online in the amount of $25 to $999, for use in their retail stores and online at catofashions.com.

Where can I send a Cato gift card? 

Gift cards may be sent to any valid shipping address in the United States. One shipping address per transaction. If shipping to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Can I access my Cato credit card account online or make online payments?

What are my shipping options for Cato gift cards? 

They offer two shipping options-Standard Delivery (free) and Express Delivery. There is no shipping charge for Cato gift card-only purchases using USPS Standard Delivery (allow 4-9 business days). Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET Monday-Friday will be delivered by USPS within 4 to 9 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Express delivery for gift card-only purchases is available for $11.95.
