Can I make a return at Circle Fashion?

• All returned items must be unworn, uncleaned, intact, with original labels still attached and, if applicable, repackaged into original packaging. Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• They are not responsible for return shipping. All items must be in original condition and in resale condition. Make sure the package is in good condition to avoid any damage during transportation.

• In case of return, please ensure that the box is protected by the outer packing layer. The box is part of the product and any damage may result in refusal of return. To ensure that a traceable service is returned, they are not responsible for the package until it has been delivered to them. 

• If returning from outside the UK, make sure to mark "return" on the outer packaging to avoid any customs charges. CIRCLE FASHION does not cover returns and customs fees.

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Circle Fashion?

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to them unopened and with all labels within 14 days of the order date. Washed or used clothing will not be returned or exchanged. Upon receipt of your item, they will issue a full refund to your order card or change it to another size/color as requested. 

• When sending goods back to them, it is recommended to use a delivery service that provides insurance and tracking facilities. they accept no liability until the goods arrive at them and the refund does not include the return freight. Returns are not taken back to the store to avoid any complicated refunds or exchanges.

How long can I get my orders at Circle Fashion?

• European (EU) orders are £15 per order. For European orders, please contact them within 6 to 8 working days. International orders are 20 pounds per order. For international orders, please contact them within 7-10 working days.

• If you do not receive your order within their time, please contact them and provide your order number.

Can I cancel my orders at Circle Fashion?

• Once you have placed your order, they will contact you via email to confirm your purchase as well as the delivery date. If any ordered item does not arrive within their standard delivery time, they will notify you by email or phone. If you wish to cancel your order, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

• If you receive a package with a missing item, you must notify them in writing within 3 days so that they can investigate with their Courier. They use CCTV in warehouses and packing stations to ensure that all ordered items are packed.

What should I do if I receive damaged item at Circle Fashion?

• For wrong items, please do not return the item to them until you have emailed their customer Service department (the email address can be found on their contact page) stating your order number, daytime contact number, your name and address, and your reason for returning the item. 

• Defective goods must be returned within 28 days from the date of shipment. Please note that all defective items will be sent back to the manufacturer for professional inspection. Once the manufacturer has verified the problem and repaired, they can return, exchange or refund.
