I am expecting a refund. When will I receive it?

• If you cancelled a delivery or service call or you are expecting a refund from a recent oil delivery, your refund will be submitted automatically. Once your refund is submitted, you will receive a refund receipt via email. 

• PLEASE NOTE: It takes your credit card issuer approx. 5-7 business days after your order is posted to reflect the refund on your account. You DO NOT need to contact them, Codfuel.com is designed to refund your card automatically.

How can I find promo codes?

Promo codes are easy to find. There are several places to get them. Promo Codes anywhere else are NOT a real Codfuel.com promo code. DO NOT be a victim to Internet "deals" that steer you into other places. Valid Codfuel.com promo codes are Only available on Codfuel.com.

How can I get a cancellation fee waived or refunded?

Cancellationfees cannot be waived or refunded. There are costs associated with cancelling an order and they are much more than the cancellation fee. 

What credit cards do you accept on Codfuel.com?

They currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express Cards ONLY from existing customers. As of 1/1/2019 they no longer accept American Express for new customers.

Why was my order was transferred to another dealer?

Codfuel.com offers a "delivery pool" which is a service they provide their customers. In the event that one of their dealers has a truck breakdown or any situation where they cannot deliver on schedule, they will put your order in their delivery pool. This gives the ability to transfer your order to other dealers in your area and they will make your delivery for the dealer you ordered from at the same price on your order.

I ordered oil but how do I know what time the delivery will arrive?

All oil deliveries are delivered on a route. Most oil suppliers cannot pinpoint a time due to excessive volume. For the most convenience, please order with a credit card so you do not have to be home for delivery. Also, if you order from a participating dealer who provides email notifications, you can receive updates regarding delivery times or when the truck is on his way or finished with your delivery.

How can I be sure that I received the proper amount of oil I ordered?

Every oil truck has a meter that prints out the amount of gallons delivered. These meters are locked and sealed by the County Dept. of Weights & Measures. Meters are inspected frequently and resealed annually. A truck's meter is the only recognized method of accurately metering oil in their industry. Meter receipts are more accurate than tank gauges and tank sticks.
