Can I cancel my order and how?
Absolutely, as long as your order has not physically been shipped out of our warehouse you can contact them via email [email protected] or contact form, and one of their representatives will be happy to assist you in cancelling your order.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
They try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes their products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
What is EasyMax return and refund policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact them at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, they'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. How if I receive the wrong product?
If you received an incorrect item within recent online order, simply contact the Customer Service department via email contact form.Once confirmed, one of their representatives would be more than happy to help you to return the product and issue a full refund to you.
How do I use a promotional code?
