What is their return policy?
All returns must be in original condition and labelled, including hygiene seals. They do not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, they will be notified by email. All items for sale or promotional items are final sale. These cannot be used for refunds, exchanges or store credits. Items deemed defective will receive a full refund. All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Since they use 3PL to process their returns, please allow 4-7 business days to process your return. They process all returns on Wednesday, and if your return is received after this day, it will be processed on the following Wednesday.
What is their shipping policy?
Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery (depending on your delivery destination). They offer on-demand delivery via DHL Express. Once your package arrives in your country, you will receive an email/SMS with the option to release the signature, or send it to your local post office. Any unclaimed international orders will be returned to them and the customer will be charged for redelivery.
I am an international customer, how will my order be shipped?
When you order from outside Australia, duties and taxes may apply to your order in your country.
