What is Fabrics-Store Return Policy? 

• If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please call Customer Service Department at 1-866-620-2008 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST or by emailing [email protected] within 30 days from receipt of goods.

• Address your return to: Fabrics-store.com. 6013 Scott Way. Commerce CA 90040.

• Fabric: Please return the fabric in its original condition (unwashed, uncut and unaltered).

• Fabric Samples: they do not accept returns of samples at this time.

• Printed Pattern: may be returned in any condition. Please specify reason for return when speaking with Customer Service about your return.

• Ship your package using a trackable shipping method and packaged so that damages are not incurred during transit. Please keep the tracking details for your records. They  do not refund shipping costs on returns. Fabrics-store.com doesn't accept responsibility for packages they do not ship that are lost in transit and reserves the right to deduct monies owed for damages on returned fabric.

Can I Return Samples?

• Unfortunately they cannot accept returns for samples.

• The samples are time sensitive due to them needing to match the fabric lot currently being sold and so they are not able to accept them for returns.

What is Fabrics-Store Shipping Policy?

• The shipping providers calculate your shipping charges at check out based on weight of items in your cart and your destination. They don’t have a way to change shipping fees charged by shipping providers.

• These charges do not include Delivery Duty. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs clearance and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. They do not know what the amount of the duty will be and they will email you prior to shipping of the order to confirm you are aware of the fees and wish to proceed.

What are Fabrics-Store Rewards Points?

• Ah - this little gem. So everytime you shop - you automatically earn points. Every dollar spent on merchandise (sales tax and shipping not included) = 1 point. The points can then be transferred into store credit and used towards your purchase.

• The points can only be transferred at once and the credit will automatically be deducted when you next check out.

• The more points you save up the better point to dollar transfer rate you get so it pays to save up. The points don’t expire and don’t have a limit to how many you can collect before you transfer them.
