Can I pay with more than one payment method?
If you’d like to pay for your order using multiple payment methods, our Customer Service team will need to help a hand. To streamline the process, they recommend that you first log into your account on Fully.com (or create an account) and then add everything you’d like to order to your cart.
Once you’re ready to place the order, feel free to reach out and they’ll be happy to help.
In which currency will I be charged?
On their UK storefront, prices are Pound sterling.
On all their EU storefronts (English - French - German - Dutch), prices are Euro.
Export countries in Europe can be subject to import fees and other tariffs. These costs will be reflected in the local currency.
Can you send me a copy of my order receipt/invoice?
Yes! You will receive a digital version of your invoice in your mails 2-5 days after the order has been created. If you didn't receive yours within that timeframe, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to send another copy.
I’m tax exempt. Can I place an order without being charged sales tax?
Customers from the UK won't be able to exempt taxes from their order on our website, as they ship out all our products with Incoterms DDP (Duty Delivery Paid).
When entering a valid UK VAT number, you will be able to exempt your order from VAT. In that case, you would receive a Customs Invoice with the import fees once the order has been delivered to your doorstep.
Can I get an upholstery or desktop sample?
Unfortunately, they do not offer any free samples for upholsteries or desktops to keep our carbon footprint to an absolute minimum.
They’re more than happy to answer any product related questions and provide more detailed product images, though!
- If you’d like to order the product sooner rather than later, you’re welcome to place your order at your own convenience. If something doesn’t work out, they’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Can I change or cancel my order?
In an effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, the window for making changes (including cancellations) is very small. If you need to make a change, please reach out to us via chat or phone and they’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order is shipped, it isn’t possible to make changes or cancel the order, but you can initiate a return.
