Therefore they do not inflate our prices to take into account return costs. • Goldenteak products are shipped the safest and most efficient way possible. For single products or small products, Goldenteak may use parcel carriers like UPS, FEDEX etc. For larger products or for a larger number of products they use Motor Frieght Carriers (large trucks) and ship products on a pallet usually protected by a bridge.

What is Goldenteak Shipping Policy?

• Shipping is through common carrier for larger items and orders.  For smaller items they use UPS. Shipping rates are for the continental United States only. Please call Goldenteak for overseas shipments, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Canada.  

• Shipping of larger items and orders is done on pallets through freight carriers. Delivery is "curbside". If the driveway is paved, has no obstacles, and is not too long or steep, carrier will attempt to deliver the item to the garage (using the carriers pallet jack). If the driveway is not paved, too steep, or has other complications, please call Goldenteak and Goldenteak can investigate how the delivery could be arranged. There will be an extra charge for any type of delivery (like threshold, indoor, white glove)  other than simple "curbside" delivery.

• Most orders are shipped out within 2 – 7 business days. During Peak Season (April – August) Shipping times may run up to 12 business days. Please notify Goldenteak if you have any time sensitive requirements, by calling Goldenteak or emailing your request to [email protected]. Depending on where you are in the country (relative to thier location in Massachusetts) carriers may take any where from 2 to 8 business days to reach you.  If your shipments require a ferry service to your location please indicate this on your order, so that Goldenteak may let you know if there are additional shiping charges. 

• Once a freight shipment reaches the local fright terminal, the carrier will call you to set up a time for delivery. The carrier would like to deliver the shipment within 3 business days to avoid storage charges. If you need a delayed shipment please let Goldenteak know when the order is placed, or at least prior to shipping.
