What is the return policy?

• Returns within 14 days of the original purchase date may be issued a refund.

• Returns within 15 to 30 days of the original purchase date may be exchanged or will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the purchase price.

• Returns after 30 days will be issued a store credit for the current selling price of the itemItems purchased as a holiday gift between Thanksgiving and Christmas will be issued a store credit for the original purchase price through January 15th.

• Returns not accompanied by a receipt will be issued a store credit for the current selling price of the item.

•  They cannot accept items that were not purchased at one of our storesItems that have been used and can be resold will be issued a store credit for the current value of comparable used equipment.

What is the shipping policy?

• Your package(s) will be shipped using ground service via USPS, FedEx or UPS. 

• If you require a specific shipping method, there may be an additional fee.Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. 

• The price will be determined based on current market rates for 2nd Day, 3rd Day or Next Day Air.

• Gift Cards can be delivered electronically via email or sent by regular mail via the USPS for no additional charge.Oversize and overweight items will require an additional fee (list below). 

• The rate will be determined at the time of your order.

How can I redeem an gift card?

• Gift Cards may be redeemed at any of our four store locations in New Hampshire and Maine. 

• Gift Cards will be activated within one business day and either emailed or mailed free via the USPS. 

• If you require expedited shipping, please select your preferred FedEx shipping method during the checkout process. 

• You will be required to pay the appropriate fee for expedited shipping shown on your order during checkout.

• The majority of our fitting specialists have been professionally trained by experts from the leading club manufacturers—either here in our stores or at their corporate headquartersUsing the latest state-of-the-art simulator technology, their experts will give you the best custom fit for the best performance. 
• Fitting sessions in their TrackMan 4 and GCQuad simulators are offered free of charge on a first come, first served basis.
