Can I make a return at THE LIST?
Items must be intact, intact and unused. When returning new items, all labels and original packaging must be attached. New shoes and accessories must be returned with the original brand box and dust bag (if any), and placed in a protective outer box for transportation. When trying on shoes, please make sure not to leave marks on the sole or damage the shoebox.
If the article is attached with a safety label or brand label, the label must be put back to its original position. If applicable, socks, underwear and swimwear items must be attached with sanitary seals and returned in unopened and undamaged product packages.
Underwear and swimsuits can only be tried on your own underwear. They will not accept any worn or soiled returns. Watches, vintage, artwork and interiors, and special orders are non refundable.
Can I make an exchange at THE LIST?
They are currently unable to offer transactions. Instead, all goods should follow the return process and new orders need to be placed for replacement goods. Please contact the customer service center for help, and they are happy to arrange returns for you if possible.
How long can I get my refunds at THE LIST?
Once their partner boutique receives and accepts your tax return, your refund will be completed through the original payment method, excluding any import taxes, taxes and delivery costs. Please note that due to the different processing times between payment providers, it takes up to 21 working days for the refund to appear on your account. They will provide you with the latest information at every step. You can use the tracking number on the return label to track your package return with their carrier.
Can I track my orders at THE LIST?
After placing the order, you will receive their email confirmation, which contains all the details of your purchase. If they need more information to verify your payment, they can also contact you. If you have not received the order confirmation email, please contact their customer service team for help. Once your order is approved, it will be picked up at the relevant list partners and delivered within 2-5 working days. The time may vary slightly due to seasonal needs.
Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 2-7 working days. They will certainly provide you with the latest tracking information.
If you order from multiple list partners, remember that your products will arrive separately. Although their goal is to always deliver within the specified time, they are not responsible for the delay caused by the failure of customs clearance or payment approval.
Can I cancel my orders at THE LIST?
As your purchase will be ready for delivery soon, please contact the customer service department within 2 working days to cancel the order or make any changes to the order. Unfortunately, once the order is processed by the list partner, they cannot cancel the order.
