Yes! They are happy to offer custom orders for at least 100 pieces. They also provide activity plans for organizations interested in crowdfunding orders. This option is best for campus organizations, Greek life and custom classes.

What is their return / exchange policy?

As long as your product is in the new state with label, they will accept the return. They offer full return and exchange within 30 days after receiving the purchase. You can return and exchange goods in two ways.

• Return your item in person at the happy return location.

• Return your item by mail.

What is their transportation policy?

They can be shipped anywhere in the United States! Unfortunately, they are not currently shipping internationally. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, their ups ground (5 - 7 days) and UPS air (2 days) options will ship within the specified time range. This is the case with pre order or on-demand products.

How to maintain my hillflint sweater?

Their sweaters are made of high-quality fiber, treated and durable. However, compared with the typical T-shirt or Hoodie, knitted clothing must require more considerate care. They therefore recommended the following:

• Fold and store without hanging, because hanging will stretch the fabric.

• When wearing jewelry, other clothes with hard edges or activities, be careful not to stick the sweater on sharp objects.

• Hand wash with mild detergent in cold water, and then place it to dry or hang it on the clothes hanger for a long time (do not dry it with clothes hanger or clothes peg). Don't dry!
