What is the delivery policy?

• At Lasting Impression, they make every effort to ship within 1-3 business days. Many factors can affect this, including timely responses to email questions about your personalized requirements. If the product is out of stock, they will notify you by email of the estimated delay time. Orders are processed in the order they are received, without exception, regardless of the mode of transportation. Overnight delivery does not mean you will receive the goods the next day. When choosing the mode of transport, be sure to predict their processing time. Their current processing time will be shown to you at checkout and their estimated delivery date will take their processing time into account.

• All shipments are made through the United States Postal Service or UPS. They do not accept third party shipments, including shipments to customers or other recipients on behalf of customers using customer accounts.

What is the return policy?

Understandably, due to the personalized nature of their products, they are unable to offer refunds/exchanges. However, they are happy to replace any damaged or defective product (not including personalization). Claims for damaged goods must be made by email or telephone within seven days of receipt of the goods. Customers, at their discretion, may need to send a photo of the product, or return the product so they can verify the damage. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and may not be reimbursed through Lasting Impression.

What is international transportation?

International shipments, except knives and Zippo lighters. When shipping internationally, shipping times can vary greatly. Many factors can affect the time of shipment, including customs in the receiving country. Please wait a maximum of 30 days for your items to arrive. Please note: The customer may be responsible for additional duties and charges upon receipt of the goods. Such charges are the customer's responsibility.
