How soon can I receive my goods?

For an additional fee, you can choose an expedited UPS shipping method, such as Next Day Air or 3-Day Select Service, to receive your order faster than standard ground service. Please indicate your preferred shipping method in the Additional Comments section of your online checkout page. Order payments need to be verified by 10am on a business day so that their shipping department can process expedited shipping orders within the next business day and standard shipping orders within the next two business days.

What if I not satisfied with my order?

Items are only eligible for a refund or exchange if they are in their original packaging and condition within 14 days. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without a receipt. Returns without a receipt will be refunded as store credit and current selling price.

Do they offer gift cards?

Korin gift cards are the perfect gift. Available in a variety of denominations, if you choose standard delivery (7-10 business days), gift cards are free of shipping and handling charges. If you want, they can ship a gift card through Rush Delivery for an additional $6.50. Expedited delivery will arrive within 3 business days.
