Do they accept theater tokens?

They do not accept Theatre Tokens from the London Theatre Society. These need to be exchanged directly with the theatre itself. However, if you want to buy someone a gift without knowing what shows or dates they can attend, you can purchase their own London Theatre Direct gift certificate, which can be redeemed for up to one year after purchase. Gift certificates can be purchased online on their website and redeemed by entering a coupon code on their website during your checkout. If you have a paper voucher, please contact them.

May I cancel my reservation?

Sorry, all bookings made through London Theatre Direct are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged under normal circumstances. This is standard industry policy. However, this does not always apply if you opt for booking refund protection, which will ensure you pay for your tickets if you are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control as set out in the terms and conditions. You are welcome to cancel tickets at any time, but you will not receive a refund unless the show you booked is confirmed as cancelled by the production. They may also give you the option to resell your tickets, and if you do, you may get a partial refund.

How do I redeem or use my coupon?

• You can redeem this coupon on their website. You will need your unique coupon code. Please check your balance and validity/usage by date.

• Visit londontheatredirect.com to select the show and date you want to book. You can book any available show and any date available.

• Add the desired seat to your shopping basket.

• On the checkout page, click "Do you have a gift certificate".

• Copy + paste your coupon code xxxxxxx to the designated field that pops up. The system will deduct the coupon value from the final amount. Continue to fill in the rest of your information and follow the instructions on the page to complete the booking site.
