Can I return the used items?

Local customers may return used products within 10 days after purchase if in "like new" condition. Subject to a 25% restocking fee for inspection, cleaning and used product resale. For ecommerce customers, due to federal regulation, items that have gas and oil cannot be shipped until all fluids have been drained. If I receive the defective product, what should I do?

• Mutton Power Equipment cannot accept returns on "defective" products. These items must be taken to a local service center to be fixed under warranty. At Mutton's warranty items are fixed within 3 days, unless parts must be ordered.

• For damaged products, they will not accept returns on damaged equipment unless the correct procedures have been taken. Please review procedures for receiving equipment to ensure you are not liable for damaged goods.

Can I cancel orders at Mutton Power Equipment?

No charges or loss will be applied as long as orders are cancelled before items ship. If items has shipped standard return policies apply.

If the box is damaged, what should I do?

• If a box is damaged it does not mean the product is damaged. If you suspect damage but cannot be certain note, "possible product damage" on the delivery receipt and have driver initial as witness. This will help with a smoother claim process for compensation from the freight company.

• If a product is damaged and one of these two actions have not been taken it is the customer's sole responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.

What's the standard shipping?

• Standard shipping is based on items weight and zip code it is being delivered to. Standard shipping can be selected on parcel items or freight items where lift gate fee will be applied.

• What's the terminal pick-up?This is a service provided by freight companies to help make cross country shipments more affordable. It is up to the customer to locate trucking terminals that are accessible to them and Mutton Power can arrange the shipment with that carrier. Contact them for more information on terminal pick-up. *Please allow for 1-2 days for orders to process and 2-5 days for delivery. Non-stocking products will take longer.

What's the lift gate assistance?

Lift gate assistance is a $50 fee incurred on all items during checkout. This service is highly recommended on residential freight shipments weighing over 120lbs. This fee may be deselected on items weighing less than 120lbs being shipped by parcel service.
